2008: The Beginning – Logistics Between the USA and Vietnam (SHIPHANGUSA.COM)

In 2008, we started as a logistics company specializing in freight shipping between the USA and Vietnam. Our mission was to bridge the gap between the two countries, providing fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping solutions for businesses and individuals. With years of expertise in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery, we became a trusted logistics partner for countless Vietnamese businesses.

2018: Expanding to E-commerce Fulfillment – Helping Vietnamese Sellers Go Global

As Vietnam’s e-commerce industry grew, we saw a rising demand from local sellers wanting to expand their businesses to the U.S. and sell on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. However, many sellers faced challenges such as shipping delays, high costs, and complicated warehouse fulfillment processes.

 

To solve this, we launched our fulfillment and warehouse service, operating from a small warehouse in the U.S. Our goal was to make it easier for Vietnamese sellers to sell internationally. We provided essential services, including:

By 2020, we had built a network of more than 600 Vietnamese sellers who trusted us with their logistics and fulfillment needs. As their businesses grew, so did ours. To meet the increasing demand, we expanded into a larger warehouse in the U.S., offering an advanced fulfillment system with:

At the same time, we provide 24/7 support to ensure our customers had real-time assistance no matter where they were. With offices in both the USA and Vietnam, we offered end-to-end support, from sourcing and shipping to warehousing and fulfillment.

2025: Expansion to a 20,000 sq. ft. Warehouse – Serving Over 3000 Sellers

Today, in 2025, we proudly serve more than 3000 Vietnamese sellers across multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. With the rise of social commerce, especially on TikTok Shop, order volumes have surged, and our fulfillment operations have scaled accordingly.
 

To keep up with this rapid growth, we expanded our U.S. warehouse to 20,000 square feet, increasing our capacity to handle more inventory, faster order processing, and seamless fulfillment. Our latest services now include:
